1077 Brighton Beach Ave

In the summer of 2010, we were hired exclusively to market one mixed-use property at 1077 Brighton Beach Avenue, located between Brighton 12^th Street and Brighton 13^th Street in the Brighton Beach section of South Brooklyn, NY. The mixed-use property was composed of 2 apartment units and 1 retail units. We were able to generate 14 competitive offers in writing. Ultimately, we procured a buyer who was an owner in the neighborhood looking to expand their portfolio. The buyer signed a non-contingent contract and closed in 90 days after contract signing as while obtaining a mortgage from a bank.
