1311 Lincoln Place

In the summer of 2011, we were hired exclusively to market 1311 Lincoln Place, an apartment building located between Utica Avenue and Schenectady Avenue in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn. The property was composed of 20 rent stabilized apartments. We were able to generate 9 competitive offers in writing. Ultimately, we procured a buyer who was an owner in the neighborhood looking to expand their portfolio. The buyer signed a non-contingent contract and closed 60 days after contract signing while obtaining a mortgage from a bank.
