24-14 28th Street

In the winter of 2012, we sold an apartment building at 24-14 28^th Street, in the Astoria section of Queens, NY. The building was in good condition and composed of 9 apartment units and 2 parking units. The owner was retiring and no longer wanted the obligation of managing the property. Ultimately, the seller signed a completely non contingent contract with a buyer at full price who closed “All Cash” while receiving a loan from a bank.
