3080 37th Street

In the spring of 2011, we were hired exclusively to market an apartment building at 3080 37^th Street, in the Astoria section of Queens, NY. The building was in good condition and composed of 6 apartment units. The owner was retiring and no longer wanted the obligation of managing the property. In the first 30 days of marketing the property we were able to generate 18 offers in writing what were generate by both Marcus & Millichap agents and agents from other real estate brokers. Ultimately, the seller signed a completely non contingent contract with a buyer who closed “All Cash” without receiving a loan from a bank.
