488 Dekalb Avenue

In the fall of 2011, we were hired exclusively to market 488 De Kalb Avenue, a mixed-use building located between Skillman Avenue and Franklin Avenue in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn. The property was composed of 2 free-market apartments and over 1,000 square feet of first floor retail space. We were able to generate 7 competitive offers in writing. Ultimately, we procured a buyer who was an owner in the neighborhood looking to expand their portfolio. The buyer signed a non-contingent contract and closed in 90 days while obtaining financing from a bank.
