95 Kingston Avenue

In the winter of 2011, we were hired exclusively to market one apartment building at 95 Kingston Avenue between Dean and Pacific Streets in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn, NY. The property is composed of 8 rent stabilized apartments. We were able to generate 9 competitive offers in writing. Ultimately, we procured a buyer who was an investment syndicate based out of Manhattan and able to obtain attractive financing from a local savings bank. They signed a non-contingent contract within one week after the accepted offer and closed 60 days after contract signing.
